Direct Commercial Property (DCP) has settled the acquisition of 27 Heinemann Road, Wellcamp, for $10.05 million on behalf of the DCP Wellcamp Fund.
The 4.04-hectare property is leased to Qube Logistics and Tanuki. It includes approximately 2,487 square metres of lettable area and 25,807 square metres of hardstand, providing established rental income alongside a substantial landholding.
With site coverage of just 6.16%, the property offers flexibility over the longer term. Its location in the Wellcamp precinct also aligns with DCP’s conviction in the Toowoomba region and its logistics and agribusiness sectors.
