DCP represented a private buyer on a mandate to find well located industrial and large format retail assets with rental upside. The first acquisition for the mandate was a large format retail asset in Noosaville anchored by Officeworks. The acquisition was underpinned by limited appropriately zoned land for new large format retail stock and significantly lower rents than existing local competing stock. The centre has 4,446sqm of NLA on an 11,790sqm site.
