Ed is an experienced commercial property agent, advisor and investor with over 25 years expertise in land sales, development, leasing, design and construct projects. As Founding Partner of DCP, Ed’s passion for industrial and commercial investment has resulted in the completion of 22 property syndicates, in excess of $312,000,000. His ability to collaborate with fellow industry leaders has seen project outcomes that are best in practice and champion sustainability pillars. He spent over 15 years as Senior Director of CBRE Industrial Capital Markets, and under his leadership, the business become market leader. Experience from dealing in all aspects of the development, sale and leasing process has enabled Ed to recognise value in a deal quickly; he looks beyond the now and understands the process of moving forward. As a result, his is a track record of sourcing investments with secure tenants and strong underlying asset fundamentals.
